PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
The following payment options are available at checkout.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund. Returns must be done within 24 hours of receipt, in the original brand packaging and must not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items. To do this simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, request your Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and ship your item(s) to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned items in good shape, you will be refunded your total order value minus shipping fee.
All items will be inspected upon return, so make sure it’s packed up and shipped properly so that it won’t get damaged on the way! You can re-use the mailer bag in which you received the parcel or any other box or wrapper that ensures the returned items are properly secured during the shipping process.
We do our best to accept all unopened returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and accepted (usually within 1-3 working days) a refund would be issued within 1-2 working days. Please note that depending on the payment method it may take up to to 14 days for a refund to reach you.
